Is BingX available in Australia? CFD limits (2026)

Published · updated

Is BingX available in Australia? Short answer

Australia is not named in BingX’s Disclaimer list, but BingX restricts CFD trading for Australia. We make no statement on AUSTRAC registration for BingX, because we have not queried AUSTRAC’s public register for BingX entities. We re-read the three BingX pages listed in the front matter on 31 October 2026 and the statements below match them; we did not re-read AUSTRAC’s page that day. We show no BingX button on this page.

Account level: BingX’s Disclaimer list

BingX’s Disclaimer says it has decided not to seek nor accept customers from certain jurisdictions, “including but not limited to” a published list. Australia is not on it. Because the list is open-ended, a missing country is not a guarantee that every product is open there.

Product level: CFD trading restricted for Australia

BingX’s CFD Compliance & Regional Restrictions page names Australia and New Zealand under Oceania. It says “Affected users will not be able to participate in CFD trading or use related services.” We do not explain any way around this restriction. We make no claim here about perpetual futures, which are a different product; we have no evidence on their availability for Australia.

AUD deposits and withdrawals: what BingX’s tutorial says

BingX’s Legend Trading tutorial lists the Australian Dollar among supported fiat currencies, with a SWIFT withdrawal fee of 30 USD for AUD. The tutorial is dated 29 January 2024. We have not verified that this channel is still active.

AUSTRAC: what we have not checked

AUSTRAC states that digital currency exchange providers must be registered with AUSTRAC. We have not queried AUSTRAC’s public register for BingX entities, and we do not say whether BingX or any related entity is or is not registered. Until we cite the register, this page draws no conclusion.

How we handle the BingX button in Australia

We have no verified evidence from the AUSTRAC register or of referral attribution for Australian sign-ups, and BingX restricts a main product for Australia. So this page links to no BingX sign-up and shows no code. We do not advise using a VPN or another country in a sign-up form.

How to read this page

Every statement above is tied to a source in the page metadata and to the date we read it. A country missing from a list is not the same as permission to use every product, and an old tutorial is not proof that a channel works today. Before you act on anything here, read BingX’s own pages for the product you want, and check Australian rules on your own situation. This page is not legal or tax advice.

What we have not verified

We have not verified whether BingX shows Australian residents a different sign-up flow, whether its perpetual futures are open to them, or whether the AUD channel in the tutorial is live. We also have not verified any referral attribution. If BingX or AUSTRAC publish a newer statement, we will update the page and its check dates.

See How we verify, our guides to the BingX referral code and BingX restricted countries, and the Binance in Australia page.
