BingX restricted countries (updated 2026-10-21)

Published · updated

BingX restricted countries: short answer

The BingX Disclaimer, with “Latest update: 2023-12-11 (UTC+8)”, names 20 countries and regions plus the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine as jurisdictions BingX does not seek nor accept customers from. We checked it on 20 October 2026 (source). The wording is “including but not limited to”, so the list may be incomplete.

Is BingX available in the US, UK and Canada?

No. The United States, the United Kingdom and Canada are each named in the Disclaimer.

BingX in the EU and EEA

The Netherlands is on the Disclaimer list. This page makes no claim about BingX’s regulatory status in the EU or EEA. Under our EEA rule we do not show BingX to visitors in the EEA.

Other BingX limits: CFDs and cards

These are separate from the account restrictions above. BingX’s CFD page names more countries and regions than we list here. The entries we checked are India, Indonesia, the UAE, Israel, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, Hong Kong, North Korea and Iran, followed by “and other countries and regions”. This is an excerpt, not the full CFD list: the page may name further regions, so read the full BingX page for your country. A separate BingX list of countries with Visa/Mastercard restrictions (update 2023-11-29) covers card purchases.

Where our referral page applies

We show no sign-up button on this page. Our BingX referral page shows the code and says where its button is hidden. See also our BingX exchange page and how we verify.

Three different levels of limits

BingX publishes three separate things, and they are easy to mix up.

  • Account level. The Disclaimer list above says where BingX does not seek nor accept customers. This is the list that decides whether you can open an account at all.
  • Product level. BingX’s CFD page restricts derivative-style CFD products in a different, partly overlapping set of countries. India, for example, is named for CFDs but not in the Disclaimer list. Singapore, Hong Kong, North Korea and Iran appear on both. The CFD set we show is an excerpt, so a country missing from it may still be restricted for CFDs.
  • Payment level. BingX’s Visa/Mastercard page lists countries where card purchases are restricted. In its Asia section it names Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine and Yemen. It also has sections for Africa, which includes Nigeria, and the Americas, which includes the United States.

A country can be open for accounts and still closed for CFDs or for card purchases. Check all three on BingX’s own pages for your country before you deposit.

How to read the date on the list

The Disclaimer shows “Latest update: 2023-12-11 (UTC+8)” and was first published on 2019-08-06. We checked it on 20 October 2026 and the update date was unchanged. An old update date means BingX has not edited the page since then; it does not prove that the list matches BingX’s current practice, because the text itself says “including but not limited to”. We will update this page after a new check against the source.

What we have not verified

  • We have not verified the list against BingX’s sign-up flow. A country on the list may be blocked at sign-up or at identity verification, and we did not test either.
  • We have not verified BingX’s regulatory status in the EU or EEA, so this page makes no claim about it.
  • We have not verified card restrictions beyond the Asia section quoted above.
  • We state no reward amount and no fee, because none of those facts is the subject of this page.

Why the Netherlands, the UK and Canada matter to European and North American readers

Readers often assume that a large exchange serves all of Europe. The Disclaimer shows otherwise: the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are named, and Canada is named on the North American side. Whether another European country is open to new BingX accounts is a question for BingX’s own pages and your local rules. Under our EEA rule we do not show BingX to visitors in the EEA.

How we checked this page

We transcribed the jurisdiction names from the BingX Disclaimer, with light wording normalization in the table, and did not add or remove any entry. The CFD and card limits come from two separate BingX support pages, each with its own date, and we keep them apart from the account list because they restrict different things. We did not use third-party lists to fill gaps. When BingX changes one of these pages, we read the new version, update the date shown here and say what changed. If you see a difference between this page and BingX’s own wording, trust BingX and tell us through the editorial policy page.

Do not work around restrictions

If your country is in the table, follow the restriction. A country missing from it is not a guarantee: read BingX’s pages and check your local rules before you register.
