Bitget restricted countries: short answer
Bitget’s Terms of Use list 33 country codes as Prohibited Countries, checked on 16 October 2026 (source). The same text names Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia (regions of Ukraine) and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. Belarus and Russia are on the list. This list is copied from our exchange registry; we add nothing from memory.

How to read this table
The table has one row for every entry in the Prohibited Countries definition that Bitget publishes in its Terms of Use. Each row shows the country, its ISO code, the source and the date we checked it. Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia have no ISO code of their own and are listed as regions, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands (ISO code UM) are listed as a separate row, so no entry from the Terms of Use is dropped.
The list reflects the version of the Terms of Use that we checked on 16 October 2026. Belarus and Russia appear in that version, so we show them. Lists on other sites may be older, and they can differ from this one. When two versions disagree, we follow the stricter one and tell you which date it comes from.
What “not on the list” does and does not mean
A country that is not in the table is not named as a Prohibited Country in the Terms of Use we checked. That is all it means. It is not a statement that Bitget is licensed there, that every product is open there, or that your local law allows you to use the service. The definition is open-ended and Bitget can designate other locations at any time, so we re-check the source and show the check date next to every row.
Is Bitget available in the US?
No. The United States and the territories Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are on the Prohibited Countries list.
Bitget in the EU and EEA
Austria, France and Germany are on the list. Under our EEA rule we do not show Bitget to visitors in the EEA, and this page makes no claim about Bitget’s regulatory authorisation there.
Where Bitget holds licences and registrations
Bitget’s regulatory page lists AUSTRAC (Australia, digital currency exchange provider registration), FCA (UK, “FCA-approved platform partnering with an Authorized Person”), a FINMA-recognised SRO (Switzerland, AML SRO member), FSCA (South Africa, crypto asset and OTC derivatives provider licences), CNV (Argentina), SAT (Mexico), BCR and CNAD (El Salvador), FSC (Mauritius) and the Tbilisi Free Industrial Zone (Georgia). The page gives no licence numbers, so we give none.

How we keep the list current
We copy the list from our exchange registry, which stores the source address, the date the source was last updated, the date we checked it and a hash of the text we read. We change the list only after we read the source again, and we change the check date in the same edit. If Bitget publishes a new version of the Terms of Use, this page shows the old date until we have checked the new text. If you notice a difference between this page and the Terms of Use, trust the Terms of Use and tell us through the contact page.
Do not work around restrictions
If your country is in the table, follow the restriction. A country missing from the table is not a guarantee: read the Terms of Use and check your local rules before you register.

Can I use Bitget in the USA?
No. The United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are on the Prohibited Countries list.
Is Bitget available in the UK?
The United Kingdom is not on the Prohibited Countries list. Bitget's regulatory page describes its UK status as an FCA-approved platform partnering with an Authorized Person; we do not describe Bitget as licensed in the UK.
Is Bitget available in Europe?
Austria, France and Germany are on the Prohibited Countries list. We do not show Bitget to visitors in the EEA, under our EEA rule.
Does a country missing from the list mean Bitget is available?
