Bybit in Kazakhstan: short answer
Checked on 20 October 2026. Bybit Kazakhstan, at bybit.kz, is the localised Bybit site for Kazakhstan, and its sign-up form takes the referral code 75062. The AFSA public register lists Bybit Limited as active. This page does not show a sign-up button.

Bybit Kazakhstan (bybit.kz) vs bybit.com
Bybit launched a localised site for Kazakhstan on 31 October 2024. The Help Center for bybit.kz says registration there is open to residents of Kazakhstan, and a later announcement widens it to some foreign nationals. Use the site that matches where you live and do not give a false country to register.
The AFSA register entry
The AFSA public register of digital asset service providers lists “Bybit Limited AFSA-A-LA-2024-0027 active 25-09-2024”. We read it on 8 October 2026 and again on 20 October 2026, and the status did not change. A register entry shows a licence, not the quality of a product or any guarantee for your funds.
Who can register
The Help Center, updated 25 November 2025, says only residents of Kazakhstan can register on Bybit Kazakhstan, and that KYC is required after registration. A Bybit Kazakhstan announcement of 26 January 2026 says the site now accepts users with non-Kazakhstan citizenship for registration and KYC, if their nationality is on the list of supported countries, regardless of where they live. The 2024 press release is also inconsistent: it says “citizens” in one place and “residents” in another. We show both Bybit texts and do not decide between them; read the announcement and the current Help Center before you register if you are not a resident.

If the code did not work
Check that the field still shows 75062, that you registered on bybit.kz and not on another Bybit site, and that you meet the registration conditions in the Help Center and the announcement above. Do not change your country or use someone else’s identity to get around a check.
Our exchanges that are not available in Kazakhstan
Two exchanges we write about do not serve Kazakhstan according to their own terms. Kazakhstan is in the Bitget list of Prohibited Countries, and in the KuCoin list of Restricted Locations. We show no sign-up button for either exchange to visitors from Kazakhstan. We have researched OKX and Binance for Kazakhstan separately but a fresh recheck of their terms is pending, so we do not summarise them here. We have not checked BingX.

Is Bybit legal in Kazakhstan?
We do not give legal advice. The AFSA public register lists Bybit Limited with licence AFSA-A-LA-2024-0027 as active since 25 September 2024, and Kazakhstan is not named in the excluded jurisdictions of the Bybit Kazakhstan Service Restricted Countries article (checked 2026-10-20).
Is bybit.kz the official Bybit?
